Maternity benefit not paid

I have not received my maternity benefit for 3 months now. Every time I call I'm being told that my documents are with the assessor whom I cannot speak to. Im in 2 months arrears on my car and bond. I don't get enough money for my baby needs. And now we are at risk of loosing our home. It's sad because I have been paying for over 10 years without fail.
