Maternity benefit

I submitted my claim in 2020 until now i haven’t received my payment. Every time I go to department of labour they always saying that they need to resubmit my claim. I use to go and check progress every month or two. On the 14 of April this year I went back as usual and the told me that I need to reapply. I was shouted at by this lady who was supposed to assist me asking if I was giving birth every month since my information showing that I have been submitting my claim every month. I have never been so embarrassed in my life.

To think that I am a tax payer it annoys me how badly we are treated. I even escalated my consent to head office via email but still no response.
