Maternity benefit

I'm very disappointed I app**** for Maternity Benefit in October and I haven't received any payment till today when I contact the call centre I'm getting different stories from different consultants I requested to speak to the Team leader 5 times I was told they are busy they will contact me back I'm still waiting I sent many emails no one is responding I even called and sent emails to the Provincial representatives Peter Go****wana and Lindiwe Sibiya no one responded no guys I had a BLACK Christmas I want my money I make these contributions monthly and when it's time for those contributions to assist me funds are not being released
