Maternity benefit

The service I have received by far is not acceptable I app**** last year September 2021 for maternity benefit and only got my first pay out in April this year and was also informed about the credit days I have and told to do a continuation after 28 days I did so status changed to pay Master on the 1st of June late last monly only received a call to inform me that what I captured was wrong did the continuation again that on the 13 since then my application has been on pay Master been calling the contact center all they do is escalate my application but I still dont get any feedback regarding my application I have been patient even since then but now this is really unacceptable
