Marternity claim

Good day<br> I have app**** maternity benefit on 09 September 2015.Ia have not received any payment from department of labour. I have enquire more than 6 times they my supporting documents are fine I should keep on checking every three weeks while other get their money as soon as they apply. <br> <br> My employer was paying only 1/3 of my salary. Now I am confused on what else to do because I am back to work on the 08 February 2016 still no payment they keep on promising. They are not holding phone when my employer call them. I am tired of spending my money going to department of labour and get nothing . I have given them all supporting documents including my child birth certificate.
