Martenity UIF claim

I have been waiting for my martenity UIF claim payout when I did the application on the 6 November 2020 the said 35 days turn around time and you can call after 15 days to check is its processed. I have been trying to contact the number I was given by Xolile Moloi who was assisting me at Roodepoort department of labour but the phone rings unanswered or they will answer and put the phone on the side you hear them speaking on the background I was lucky they answered and told me Xolile is not on his dear they guy took my name and number and say he will tell hi to calmewhen he returned which never happened . I have even sent the email on the 17 December 2020 to ***, *** and *** yesterday I sent it to *** but no response.
