Martenity uif

In 7 October I logged a claim for martenity uif but untill now no response from them I only got an sms from them on the 14th of October stating that they received my claim I must wait for 35 days of processing then the35 days pass with no feedback I went again they said the system says im back to work but I was still on the leave then the lady said shes resending the docs but till now no response
