Martenity leave funds

It's almost a year now,I app**** for my maternity leave funds,I haven't got it yet, since last year 2019 may/Junetrying to contact dep of labour to inform me abt my money,5times I called,I have been answered by ladies and they all tell me one thing,they tell me that they waiting for their superior to sign out my papers and release the money from them to my bank,since I'm still waiting. What I want is to be paid all my UIF,I'm even back to work,my daughter will be a year old on March,this is the bad service I got and I can't tolerate this anymore...please help
