Martenity claim

I went on meternity on February 2023 than wen to labour in Atteridgeville they didn't help me they told me that I should cm on 31 of March wen my meternity has a month than after a month I went there still not being help they told me that they are on financial year and the system is going on line so they give me a link to go online it block me online went to the department they told me to give them my I'd for unblocking but it didn't happen so went there again so this time they use a old system for registration than received an SMS that says after 21 days now 21 days passed went there again now they told me I HV to bring my old martenity ui19 for them to assist me now the baby he is 4 months not even a single cent I haven't have not happy at all with labour
