Malboro Labour Department Shutting Civilians Out

I submitted my claim on thr 23 September I was told by Mmapholo at the department of Labour at the that it is submitted but there is an error and that I must check with them after 5 days I came again on the 30th at 12 am and I found out that they were closed and the gates were locked they daid I must come before 10 am I am now here the 7th October at 9:30 and the gates are locked and there is no security guard at the gate we asked one of the people in the queue to call him he returned and said they laughed and said they close at 10 am but it is before the closure time, many people are not happy we are outside and denied our right to follow up or submit claims, this is not very good especially with the strain of coming here ans not getting any service
