lost my job February 2015 and still no payment

I have lost my job February 2015. No payment recieved as yet. When I try to contact the offices the phones just keep ringing most of the time, then when at last you get st speak to a living person they keep on telling me that this or that person is not there, they are on training. Last week they assured me that the payment will be in my account during the week. This is now the next week and still no payments. I called them again today and was promised that it would be paid by tomorrow which I highly doubt
