LOSING DOCUMENTS

Our Cleaner went on maternity leave she handed in her documents on the 14 May 2015, she got a confirmation card, then she started following up on the payment and they keep on telling her she must phone back then on the the 27 June she was told they dont have anything on record, but she got confirmation card as mentioned , I tried to phone Germiston they don't answer their phone. I then made copies of all her documents and send her their in our work time, so it is costing my company money, she handed all the documents in again. They told her to wait 7 days then follow up, she got a message this morning to say the claim was rejected. UNREAL!!!! because they dont have her one form scanned, can you believe this. I then spoke to a gentlement regarding the message and can you believe what he told me she must ignore the message because that means they are working on the claim. It STATS REJECTED???? please close the UIF in Germiston they are a bunch of Clowns. This lady has been waiting two months for her money.
