Locked out of Ufiling

I tried calling every single number, including the minister's office and no one answers the telephone. I don't think anyone works at the customer care or call centre. My account locked out for no apparent reason and there's nothing I can do. Tried going to the Prospecton Branch and Chatsworth Branch but to no avail.
