Locked account

Such putrid service each and every staff member at this organization. My registration account got locked out on the 29th of September and we are now on the 18th of October and still it has not been unlocked. After several calls to, Zanele, Jabulile, Eugene, a supposed supervisor Mapule who promised to have this sorted on Friday the 13th of October 2023 and Kenelisang[Glorified] who also decided to just disconnect the call whilst consulting. That's what the contact centre stall at the department of labour get paid to do, hang up calls on clients. Horrible service
