Lies we get from UIF/where is our money going

The lies that we are told by UIF officials. I just wonder do places like the Labour department get auditor or review

I app**** on the 21 May given that I went on the 29 April and I was sent to go to Workforce. This is the first delay. Okay it was approved had to wait for 15 working days (they don't even tell you the new procedure of the online)

So I gradually waited and after my waiting days didn't have funds to travel back to the office, I didn't even know that after that 15 days you have to apply for payment (second delay) After a week someone advised I do it online so I did not knowing I was actually applying for unemployment leave, I called the call centre and they helped and I did it correctly, this was the 25th June. Then I didn't know how to upload the certificate cause I sent it via email so I borrowed money and went on Friday which was the 28th June. They asked why didn't I upload it online (they never even bother to explain that we can do it that way) okay the guy says I will receive my money he didn't say when

Following week I do a follow up since there is a pressure on me that I have to be evicted. That is when I realised that I am not going to get any payment any time soon because the labour department staff are the ones who are to request letter of confirmation from Workforce since they are considered as vendors. To my suprise they say the person who helped me was supposed to picked up but I guess he decided to ignore it. I called workforce office and asked they send the letter straight to Labour indeed he did. On the 4th I sent emails got response on the 5th that payment is now is processed, I will get payment next week. Following week still nothing, Friday got a call advising I will get payment weekend and should write an email to say I got my money still nothing. I wrote an email this morning the response I got they are changing stories and saying it was processed on the 12th I should AGAIN wait 7-10 working days and asked about an SMS

Ever since this thing has been happening I haven't even received any SMS, I am questioning myself why do they delay payments so much, why so many different stories and dates everytime, can it be that there is ******* doings. A lot of people have been complaining and are still complaining about UIF not paying, those who get paid on time what procedure did they follow so they share with others.

What UIF Labour department is doing I don't want to lie is totally unfair not just to the person applying but also to the dependants of the applicant. Where do we request that maybe it is time they go audit the branches or even they change the system, what do they honestly do with our monies or are we loaning this money?

I ask again if it was them who had to be evicted how would they feel. Is it really fair for people to contribute every month and when they supposed to get paid there is so many stories for the fact that we even have to run to labour every now and then with monies we don't have
