Letter of Authority

I have been wanting to transfer my late sisters shares from Old Mutual but I still havent received the letter if Authority since 2018.The letter is under my Aunt and we both been going back and forth for this one letter and they took the copy that I had and told me the original would b posted o but till today nothing has come. I'm so sick and tired of this now
