Let Down by Government yet again

I have submitted my claim online at the beginning of July and to date I am being told that its still being processed. The call center tells me weekly that the matter is being escalated and still no response. This is not a free service - I paid for this service on a monthly basis while working. It is frustrating that they can be so casual about people's livelihoods.

At this rate, will we ever see progress in SA?!
