I would like to thank and appreciate Lerato Motseo for her efficient service, honestly speaking government employees they don't know customer service, i have been waiting for my UIF claim since 22 April 2020 sent numerous emails and made countless calls, totally lost hope but Lerato Motseo came through for me, a simple feedback and update on my query is I need.
