Lengthy delays and frustrating process

I have been dealing with the UIF Department of Labour since March 2022 in an attempt to receive my maternity benefits, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The process has been marred by lengthy delays, lack of communication, and overall frustration. One of the major concerns I have is the seemingly endless waiting period for my maternity money. Despite my diligent follow-ups and attempts to seek clarity, I have been left in the dark about the status of my application. Communication from the UIF Department has been a significant issue. I have struggled to obtain accurate information about the progress of my case, and the responses I received were often vague and unhelpful. It's disheartening to feel ignored and uninformed about the status of my application.
