Lazyness at labour offices

Im concern on how our fellow south africans are badly treated by their brothers and sisters or kids which are working at that offices. According to my knowledge people who visit dept of Labour differs because there era the ones who come for first time which era only given the papers for the employers to fill and dign them. The annoying part is that those people made to wait on a cue even if they are there for collection only. Why is there not someone responsible for that service?

You make sure that 5am you are at the cue but you will go home at 16h00 only the laim excuse is that SYSTEM IS SLOW or OFFLINE while they are busy whattsapping and talking as if there is no one to assist. Sometimes they forgot that we are computer literate they disrespect us. To hand out papers does not need any SYSTEMS OR COMPUTER please our lernet fellows do your jop. I was respecting labour offices at Nana Sita Tshwane but they let me down.
