Lazy service

I been wait for my uif claim to paid since October 2015 but no luck. For past two months i have been waiting for my ui19 and salary scheduling to be updated. I have email head office and the branch but no one rep**** to my emails. To make worse i complained to the Senior Manager on 04/12/2015 but Mr Molefe told to come back next year. What kind of service is this. My family is struggling because of this. I have debts to pay. That's my money and i needed it because i am unemployed.
