Lazy inconsiderate People working at UIF

I got to the UIF office in Alberton at 13:00 on Friday. The consultant at till 5 said he's not helping me now, it's too late, I must come back next week Monday. But they close at 16:00. I asked to speak to the supervisor or manager and everyone there made a full out of me telling me that at that office they work differently. I could cry the way they treated me, knowing that they can do as they please
