Lack of service or NO service Maternity UIF

Is it even worth writing.Government departments and their employees have no customer service nor work efficiency.

How does a department that is overstaffed as all government departments have too many staff doing nothing.For a maternity uif claim it takes 35days to get feedback after you submitted your claim...If you lucky to get feedback.ALL departments need a major revamp and competent staff employed.Lack of service and nonchalant attitude will be the demise of our country...
