Lack of service and accountability

I have app**** for my uif benefits since April 2023 till today I am still waiting for approval. My claim was done in Sandton and I was told my documents are all in order and to wait for 30 working days and sign a certain u form and email it then wait for 14 for my first payment of which I did but nothing happened. I then to the Giyani branch which is a nightmare cause you for the whole the be telling you system down the whole week. Till today I am still waiting for approval.
