Lack of service

It's become absolutely clear from previous complaints postee here that government departments such as these do not entertain nor do they respond to complaints posted here or on any other platforms for that matter.

If anyone knows any other avenue where we are able to address such complaints and be heard , please share .

I have been trying to claim for almost 6months now with no response from UIF.
