Lack of payment

Good day,<br> <br> My husband's services at Grain Carriers was terminated on the 26/06/2015. My husband had to go to the UIF offices three times just for the paper work to be submitted and processed. He was there another five times to either clock in to report that he is unemployed and about the status of the payment. He was there on Friday at 06:15 and the offices only opened at 09:00. The staff informed them that they are offline and that they would not be able to assist them at all. This is two months down the line and no payment was received. We are struggling financially and urgently need to get this money. The money is paid monthly but as soon as we need to claim, it is a problem. Please advise.<br> <div><br></div><div><em><br></em></div>
