Lack of assistance

Department of labour Govan Mbeki service is very bad and inconsiderate.

I have reported at the centre the first time and was not assisted.

I have the documents which contained the initial date I've went there.

The helpdesk lady Clare said It's not the first time I'm going there, and I should report to the line which was Closer to the consultants.

At no Teller 19 Harry or Hannry turned me back to bring the helpdesk lady who instructed me to the line she did not attend the matter and told me to start from the line which was at the back while other people went straight to the consultants.

This is the same thing that was happening the first time I was there.

She later on stood up and sat with one of the consultants who was busy assisting the line to distract her from making the line move.
