Labour office is failing the unemployed desperate people

I app**** for normal uif on the 1st of september and till date there is no light.I have been calling their head office on a daily basis and I am told a different story everytime I call, that my last employment date clashes with covid-ters or its done they are waiting for it to be updated on the system. This is really sad to us who are already struggling with the shock of losing a job to swimming in debts in such a short space of time. Everyone passes the ball when I talk to them, all i need is help to have my application approved. All documents required were submitted to a point where I no longer know what to submit to whom. Emails are being ignore and when I try to voice my unhappiness I am told to keep resending.
