Labour Office in Sandton Terrible office

Hi there, does anyone know how to go about updating my surname at the Labour office? My surname is correct at Home Affairs and I have a letter proving it but somehow the people at the labour office in Sandton haven't been helpful in updating it and its holding my UIF funds from being paid. Thanks
