Labour Manager Roodepoort

I have app**** for my UIF online 2021 August and I been communicating with the manager from roodepoort I submitted the necessary paperwork to the Roodepoort manager via email as requested by him September 2021 the last text from him was November 2021 he told me he has submitted my claim and its been processed at Pretoria to this date I haven't got any update.
