Labour let down

Good morning,<br> <br> I have been struggling with the assessment of my UIF claim. <br> I initially made an application on the 23rd of February and was sent to get UI19 forms completed by my old employers in order to complete application. <br> I was then given a date of the 23rd March in order to get the results of my application. I came back on the day to be informed that I needed to return the 8th April. <br> I have just been there and was informed that it has still not been done and I needed to wait some more as no escalation process exists. <br> I would therefore like to know how to proceed as I am at my wits ends.
