LABOUR INCOMPETANCE

<p>I was injured on duty in June 2015, in February 2016 all my injury reports,final reports and all photos were handed in personally by me in Queenstown Eastern Cape after tbey had misplaced 90% of my paperwork sent to then 2 months earlier. After numerous emails which were not rep**** to by Labour Dept, I finally got an email on 3rd February 2017, stating that I would be receiving my finalistion letter shortly. Up to date 10 May 2017, I have not received any letter or payment. I have in the last week pnoned a Lady by the name AKHONA at QUEENSTOWN BRANCH 4 times, every time I ask to speek to her, she is either out or busy. I am then asked to leave my name and number so that she can get back to me. I am still waiting for her to contact me. I see on the Labour Dept site that they say that claims are finalised within THREE MONTHS. I sugest the change that statement to THREE YEARS. I have also sent about four emails to complaints dept without any feedback at all. I would love to know how claims are ever finalised at this rate of im INCOMPETANCE.
