Labour department Vereeniging *****ing our UIF claims

What a bad experience. I have been waiting for my UIF payment since January I sent all required documents on the 15/01/2021 when I visit their offices they claim that payment was pending and will get my money before Friday every time I go there. What is the problem because I submitted all the documents they asked for. It seems like they now taking our UIF for themselves because if it is pending because they missing some documents they should say so but when I ask them if is the anything else they need from me to fix that. They say nothing it is sorted. It is now third month waiting for my money. Please guys I need my money...I am tired coming to your offices waiting for hours the next thing nothing happens.
