Labour Department Uif Excuses

I was retrenched beginning July. Im a single mom that has 2 babies that me and me alone provide for. Ive been trying to get into my ufilling and then my registration was locked. 2 Weeks ago i phoned and the woman said she will send my info through for them to unlock it. Now when i tried getting in to claim for the uif it still says locked. I phoned again and now i have to go in to them fill in a form bla bla and wait another 35 plus it can take up to 35 days to unlock an account. this is Utter bull , you guys are ******* and making more and more of us suffer by with holding this from us , making up lame excuses for everything. Im so angry and dissapointed in South Africa's way of doing things , this is just unacceptable doing this. disgusts me!
