I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the ongoing delay in the payment of my UIF benefits. I submitted my claim on 18 March 2026, and to date, I have not received any payment. This delay has caused me significant financial strain and distress. What is particularly frustrating is that each time I make a follow-up, I am consistently told that I will receive my payment “next week,” yet this has not materialized. As a claimant who has followed the required processes, I find this situation unacceptable. I depend on these funds to meet my basic needs, and the continued postponements without resolution are deeply concerning. I kindly request that my claim be urgently reviewed and finalized without any further delay. I would also appreciate clear and honest communication regarding the status of my payment so that I may plan accordingly.
