Labour department - PATHETIC!!

PATHETIC!!!! I app**** for my maternity leave benefit in March 2021 and still have not received my money. No feedback from admin department telling me why I have not received anything..NOTHING!! When you call the call centre, they tell you that they are escalting the case, EVERYTIME but, nobody gets back to you like they say they will. It is actually very sad..you pay your UIF loyally every month but, when you need the labour department to come through for you..they never do. Now I receive the message that the SLA time has elapsed..why???? PATHETIC!!!!!!!!! I am ashamed of our labour department in South Africa!! Not one person there knows what theu are doing.
