Labour department mitchells plain branch terrible

This morning i woke up in the early hours because i was notified that i will be signing for my unemployment insurance which got deducted every month. I used petrol to get to the mitchells plain branch, being unployed i even borrowed the money, only to be told that i must come back on the 7th of january, the time is now 11am,i need to know what is the reason for this. I am soo upset that i have to suffer when money that i am entitled to is being kept by your officials because they are soo tired and its december. I will make sure i get to the bottom of this as me and many other people were told to go home, we have to wait for weeks to get our moeny and our kids will go to bed hungry. Those officials need to be reprimanded, the system is failing us. I will take this matter further, someone must answer to this.
