labour department mistreatment and laziness

I would like to report the experience i went through at labour Department branch in Soweto Orlando. i went on the 19th September 2022 to this branch and i was assisted by one of the officials at the department who checked all my papers and declared that they are all correct i had my UI-19,Certificate of Service and salary schedule then he gave me a return date which was on the 4th October 2022.

I indeed went back on the 4th October 2022 after standing in that long que for several hours, to my surprise when i officially got to one of the officials they punched in my ID number and gave me some guidelines papers to give my employer for them to terminate me from the system.

I understand that the law changed on the 1st October 2022 which states that labour departments don't except manual UI-19's anymore.

Now my question is 1stly why am i included as i went prior to the law being changed on the 1st October?

Please can someone please respond to me as today it is the 12th October 2022 and i am still struggling to have my claim processed.

All i need is to have my claim processed just like every one else.
