Labour department claims

Hi there my husband went into labour department on 24th February he is still waiting on his sms witch they state u will be contacted in 35days time so since the country on lockdown he went to them on Thursday since it just 5days still to go into 35days just findout out since it lockdown will he be still receive his sms when to come in for his claim papers or must come after the lockdown all the consultant could say no sir u few days early but he was not answering my husbands questions should he come in afterr lockdown or what look like the consultant didnt know could nt give a proper answer
