Labour Department Benoni

If I were to say the service I received is *** service that would be the understatement of a century. After queuing for almost an 1 and asking the security guards I was told that the application department was already closed, which I found bizarre since the place is supposed to close 4pm and I got there around 1pm. Since I was there there previous day at the break of dawn, me any normal thinking person would have expected to be informed about their new working hours so to avoid unnecessary confusion or let alone, let there be a working schedules displayed so that we dont stand there looking like idiots. You would think that such a place dealing with people's hard earned money would have a platform for online services that actually works would be asking to much from the department. I don't even wana mention the application I did online because that would be another disappointing story that didn't end well. And after going to their offices the 4th time now they are cutting the queues off at 8am, I don't know must we sleep there so that we can be helped. This people really need a serious intervention.
