Labour dep goodwood office

I've been waiting for payment from the department of labour for one full week now,still nothing in my bank account,I signed for payment on the 27th of January for my u.i.f claim at the goodwood office ,the guy that do the payments collected everyone's papers outside the gate and told us all you can go your money will reflect in two or three business days still nothing,I don't see why I must wait so long for my own money,bad bad bad bad bad bad service!!!!!
