Labour Centre Orlando

It is exactly 5 months now since I app**** for UIF Benefits and till today I have not received any approval or declination, all I am told is that my claim is with the assessor. I've been unemployed for 6 months with no means to support my family. Upon being advised today 19th February 2024 I visited the Soweto Labour Centre where I submitted all documentation on the 2nd October 2023, the lady that attended to me advised me that my claim was never done from the day of submission.

I am very disappointed and hurt by the fact that my claim was just pushed aside and not attended to for over 5 months now. It is very hurtful to say the least.
