LABOUR CENTER IS USELESS!!

My child was born December 2019 - i went into the center to claim my maternity benefit and each time i went they found a problem with my documents - in 2020 lock down started so i had to do it online (efiling) in June.... TO DATE (one and a half years later), NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME - NO PAYMENT RECEIVED - EVERY TIME I CALL THEY OF NO ASSISTANCE - I ASKED THE CONSULTANTS TO SPEAK TO THEIR TEAM LEADER OR MANAGER BUT THEY EITHER SWITCH THE CALL OFF IN MY EAR OR ADVISE THEIR TEAM LEADER IS NOT AROUND..
