For the past 3days I been going to this department in Kempton Park and for the past 3days they tell us that the system is down, if this has been an ongoing problem for the past 3days why doesn't the department have other systems in place to fix such problems from occurring or when this does occur they should have other protocols in place so that work can continue without any disturbance
