Krugersdorp Labour center UIF department

I am utterly disappointed in Krugersdorp Labour center. We put in a claim for my mother in 2020. They rejected the claim and we launched an appeal. We won the appeal and they were instructed to process the payment for my mother. Till today we're still waiting for the payment to be processed. They say they will not process the payment because I have been pestering them and talking about taking legal action. This is the worst treatment, worse so because this is a government institution. How is a pensioner supposed to live while all her things are blocked by the UIF issue.
