Kroonstad labour refuses to give me my money period

Granted I'm not so important about the batho pele principles and all. Perhaps pause for a second and go on an aggressive recruitment drive in search for people who are interested in assisting other humans than turn them back like animals when they actually need their money which they contributed out of their salaries. It saddens me to see other blacks treating their people like trash in the name of making a point or show their powers. Sent countless emails/ complaints but nothing clearly this is regarded as service. Been trying to claim for 3 months with no income and no one gives a ****.

I'm disgusted, all i want is all my money and pray that whichever company at their right doesn't ever register me for Uif it's too much trouble than its worth.

To whom it may concern:

I'm writing this with a heavy heart after spending R300 for both days i went to labour department in Kroonstad for literally nothing using my parents grant money let alone speaking to a consultant.

1st day was friday 06 June 25 after i just got back from Polokwane where i was stationed with my last employer and where i app**** for the UIF benefit, that's where i was told by the security officer that i must come on Monday regardless how many times i tried to explain to her that i was from Polokwane. It didnt matter how far it is instead she spoke to another gentleman who didn't really seem interested who said the same thing and apparently he is second in charge to Mr Malope the Centre Manager.

Fast forward i did as instructed and brought with all the copies i got from Seshego Centre on 9th June which was freezing cold and security would not let me past since i didnt carry ID and once again i explained that i could only bring with affidavit as i lost my ID book, in my mind i thought the consultant would authenticate me with security questions etc but not in this case so it was another wild goose chase. Sorry you will have to apply for ID and come back to sign for your money 6 weeks later how cruel is that? I'm here to sign for money to do that ID yet i must go and get one as if its free of charge.

I'm deeply disappointed for such treatment second time in a row, oh wait i was told i must wait for 30th June when labour comes to Steynsrus in the meantime that is my money I'm singing for and i must just understand and follow rules but no one is prepared to listen to me. I tried calling kroonstad office to speak to manager but no answer.

Please assist as i desperately need the funds as i haven't had income in 3months?

I must say every single time i claim UiF without fail, to get attention from Kroonstad office i have to scream for attention and complain then I'll get assistance.

I honestly don't understand why can they just assist me like other South Africans with no issues in peace. I have not seen people who dont have empathy and understanding of Ubuntu and Batho Pele principles which i believe are boldly engraved in every government department walls but they turn a blind eye on. Can you please get people who are interested in helping people not bully them, it beats the whole purpose by having staff that is spiteful and proving a point that they are in charge and you will wait like everyone does than actually providing a service that they are hired to do. I'm not swearing at anyone but simply tired of such service from Seshego now in Kroonstad.

Can someone please have mercy and assist me please? I dont have an ID and don't have other means of income to get it replaced.
