Kempton park Department of Labour

I am so hurt and I felt so abused by Department of Labour kempton park. What a bad Service by a guy Called Difference on the 27th February 2020. I was at thier branch the whole morning and when it was lunch time around 13:00 o'clock, all the applications department stuff went to luch only one guy was left working alone. Only to my surprise that most stuff never returned from their lunch time and only one returned at 14:00. And they made us wait till 15:00 o'clock when they all started packing and talking to each other that they will make copies and tell us to go home. I waited mind you I spent my whole day sitting waiting for assistance. When they left the guy Called Difference was the one rudely talking to adults and sending them back home for things he shouldn't be. All he does is to call you and look for a reason to send you back home after being thier from morning hours and the whole day.

Because now all the stuff is going at 15:00 while we sitting inside the brick the guy Difference kept on saying they don't have over time. When I got to him I gave him my papers he looked at them and as he was looking for something to turn me back home , saw i have all the papers, he started saying you must bring a nominee paper which I had a letter of authority with me. And he turned me back for that.
