Kelly Hanslo - An Ambassador for Change by displaying acts of kindness, respect & empathy

I visited Dept of Labour - Goodwood Branch in July 2021 to register my UIF Claim, I was 30th in the queue before their offices opened. A gentleman, employee of that office, was vetting people in the queue, checking if they have the correct documentation, etc. but the way & tone he spoke to people was very degrading. A few mins later, a woman replaced him with the vetting process but the manner in which she did it was professional & empathetic. I went back to their offices on 05/01/2022 to submit a Declaration Form, was 35th in the queue before their offices opened. This same woman by the name of Kelly Hanslo came out & started vetting the queue. Kelly vetted each individual, answered questions that some people had, treated each person with respect & dignity - this was evident by her interactions with that level of professionalism & empathy. The queue moved swiftly & this was as a result of her efficiency by managing things. Keep up the excellent work & continue to show that kindness to your fellow human being.
