Kate - saving grace for UIF

What a true gem I found in Kate whilst experiencing the most atrocious nightmare of delinquent deliberate incompetency for the the last 3 months. Kate has gone way beyond her scope of work to assist me in trying to resolve an issue way out of her control. Patient, friendly and caring, what an impressive change. Kate aught to be cloned. She has emailed me of her own to try new ways of helping. The issue may not be resolved- but Kate embodies what we need to get SA thinking and acting a 1st world country. Thank you eternally Kate.
