Johan swarts claim

Johan and Emmerentia Swarts have put in our claims over 3 months ago, after 2 months they contact us and said they did not receive our claims forms, i send them the date on which we **** our claim forms to them, they came back to us and said sorry the person who had to put it on the system did not do it, so they will rectify it , now we wait over a month now for our payout and get no response from they on why it takes so long to sort out our claim, already lost our place to stay due to long waiting and then not doing their work.
